We process information with your consent (given when you submit a form or share documents), because it is necessary to perform the service you have engaged us for, to comply with legal, regulatory and professional obligations, and for our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
You may withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, or records we are required to retain.

5. Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function, to remember preferences and to understand aggregate usage such as which pages are visited.
Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the website. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the website may then work less well.
6. Cross-border processing
Some infrastructure providers we rely on (for example cloud hosting, email delivery, calendar and payment infrastructure) may process or store data on servers located outside India.
Where that happens, we use established providers and rely on their contractual and security commitments, and we transfer only what is needed for the relevant purpose.
7. Data retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter for follow-up and record purposes.
Engagement, filing, invoicing and payment records are retained for the periods required under applicable tax, company-law and professional record-keeping requirements.
Information no longer required is deleted, or anonymised where it is retained only in aggregate form.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access control, encrypted transport (HTTPS), restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis and managed infrastructure.
No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim absolute security. Please share documents only through the channels we ask you to use, and never share passwords or OTPs other than as specifically required for a filing.
9. Your rights
- Ask what personal information about you we hold and why.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.
- Withdraw consent to non-essential processing, including marketing communications.
- Raise a grievance about how your information has been handled.
Write to us at the contact details below to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within a reasonable period as required under applicable Indian law.
10. Minors
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child except where it is required as part of a client's matter (for example a family or trust-related filing) and is provided by a parent or guardian.
11. Updates to this policy
