Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MYFINTAX website and the professional services offered through it by MYFINTAX ADVISORS PVT. LTD.
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation or engaging us for a service, you agree to these terms as they apply to you.
MYFINTAX ADVISORS PVT. LTD. · Effective 12 August 2026
1. Use of this website
This website is provided for information about our professional services and to allow you to contact us, request a quotation or book a paid consultation.
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with its operation, security or availability.
2. Nature of the services
MYFINTAX provides professional services in taxation, GST, accounting, business registration and structuring, regulatory and company-law compliance, intellectual property support, and business and financial advisory.
Work involving matters reserved for a particular class of professional is carried out or reviewed by a suitably qualified professional, or coordinated with an appropriate professional, as the matter requires.
MYFINTAX is a private professional services provider. It is not a Government department, and it is not an agency of, or affiliated with, any Government department or statutory authority.
3. Enquiries and consultations
An enquiry, callback request or quotation request does not by itself create a professional engagement. It allows us to understand your requirement and respond.
Paid consultations are booked through the booking page and are governed additionally by the Consultation, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy. Where anything in these terms differs from that policy in relation to a paid consultation, that policy prevails.
4. Scope of an engagement
The scope of every engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins — what is included, what is excluded, what documents are required and what the fee covers.
Anything outside the confirmed scope (for example a further filing, a reply to a notice, an appeal, a written opinion, a certification, representation or additional periods of compliance) is a separate engagement, separately scoped and charged.
5. Professional fees, Government fees and taxes
- Professional fees are the amounts charged by MYFINTAX for professional time and work.
- Government, statutory, regulatory, registry, stamp-duty, portal and similar charges are payable to the relevant authority and are separate from professional fees.
- Third-party charges (for example certification bodies, registered valuers, courier or notarial charges) are separate where applicable.
- Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged in addition at the rate in force at the relevant time.
Government and third-party charges are communicated before they are incurred wherever practicable. They are collected as pass-through amounts and are not retained by MYFINTAX as fees.
6. Payment
Fees are payable in advance unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing. Payments are accepted through the payment methods offered on the website or through banking channels we notify to you.
Card, UPI and netbanking payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. MYFINTAX does not store your complete card or banking credentials.
Work commences after the applicable fee is received and the required documents are provided.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and timely information, documents and approvals.
- Respond to queries, one-time passwords and authority communications within the time required.
- Retain your own copies of documents, credentials and filings.
- Inform us promptly of any change in facts that affects a filing, position or application.
We rely on the information and documents you provide. We do not independently verify them unless verification is expressly part of the agreed scope. Delays, rejections or additional costs arising from incomplete, incorrect or late information are not attributable to MYFINTAX.
8. No guaranteed outcome
Registrations, approvals, certificates, refunds, exemptions, objections and assessments are decided by the relevant Government authority, registry or adjudicating officer.
MYFINTAX undertakes to apply professional care, skill and diligence and to make submissions properly and on time. We do not and cannot guarantee a particular outcome, a particular processing time, or any specific tax, financial or commercial result.
Indicative timelines shown on the website are based on ordinary experience and remain subject to authority procedure and workload.
9. Communication and authorisation
You authorise us to communicate with you by telephone, WhatsApp, email or other electronic means in connection with your enquiry or engagement.
Where a filing or application requires it, you authorise us to act as your authorised representative or to use credentials supplied by you strictly for the agreed purpose.
10. Intellectual property and website content

We may share information with our personnel and with service providers who support delivery (for example secure document handling, communication and payment infrastructure), on a need-to-know basis.
We may disclose information where required by law, by a statutory or regulatory authority, by a court, or by applicable professional obligations.

We are entitled to decline or discontinue work that would require us to act contrary to law or professional obligations.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
Subject to that, our aggregate liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the professional fees actually received by us for the specific service to which the claim relates.
We are not liable for Government fees, statutory levies, interest, penalties or third-party charges arising from facts, defaults, delays or information attributable to you or to a third party, nor for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit, business opportunity or goodwill.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify MYFINTAX against claims, penalties, losses and reasonable costs arising from information or documents supplied by you that are false, forged, incomplete or misleading, from your unlawful use of the services, or from your breach of these terms.
16. Suspension or refusal of service
We may decline, suspend or discontinue a service where required information or fees are not provided, where verification cannot reasonably be completed, where a conflict of interest exists, where continuing would breach law or professional obligations, or where conduct towards our personnel is abusive.
Where a service is discontinued by us for reasons not attributable to you, fees for work not performed are refunded in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy or, for paid consultations, the Consultation Policy.
17. Force majeure
We are not in breach of these terms for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including portal or Government-system outages, statutory changes, natural events, civil disruption or failure of public infrastructure.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights available to you, the courts at Bhilai / Durg, Chhattisgarh, India shall have jurisdiction.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, procedure or our services. The version published on this page at the time you use the website or engage us applies to that use or engagement.
